Finished with chocolate bitters and a whisper of smoked salt, it’s a tribute to resilience, strength, and the fires that forge us.

Smoke & Steel

Ingredients
  • 2 oz smoked bourbon (or regular bourbon with a smoked glass)
  • 0.5 oz caramel syrup (or rich demerara syrup)
  • 0.5 oz Amaro (or orange liqueur for a brighter twist)
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters
  • Garnish: Orange twist and a pinch of smoked salt
Instructions
  1. If smoking the glass, use a torch or smoking gun to infuse the inside of a rocks glass with oak smoke.
  2. In a mixing glass, combine bourbon, caramel syrup, Amaro, and chocolate bitters.
  3. Add ice and stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the prepared glass over a large ice cube.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist and a light sprinkle of smoked salt for depth.
