Velvet Republic

Ingredients
  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1 oz dark chocolate liqueur
  • 0.5 oz vanilla syrup (or vanilla simple syrup)
  • 1 oz half & half (or heavy cream for extra richness)
  • 1 dash cinnamon bitters
  • Garnish: Shaved dark chocolate and a cinnamon stick
Instructions
