Ingredients

Smoked Black-Tea Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons loose-leaf smoked black tea (such as Lapsang Souchong)
Instructions
To make the Smoked Black Tea Syrup:
